| Description: | Phase I of the Children's Hospital Research Facility included 100,000 square feet of laboratories and offices over six floors. Also included were two floors of vivarium. The electrical installation included distribution, life safety systems, lighting , power and security systems. Activities in the existing Research Facility had to proceed as normal with tie-ins to existing equipment completed on nights and weekends.
Phase II consisted of an additional 160,000 square feet of laboratory space and offices adjacent to Phase I. |
